It’s been a while. Like last year my aim is to finish by year end, so I will post when inspiration hits. Which it did this morning….
The lapping waves moving with the rhythm of my run
With the sun warming me and giving me strength
Pushing me through – having me chasing the sun
A body broken and exhausted
Waking up and looking to the future
Clouds and storms on the horizon. Leaves turning and geese letting me know of their future travels
But I ignore except for the blood pumping through my veins and keeping time with the waves and never stopping.
